Leiter:in HR 60-80%
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Personalplanung, -Rekrutierung und –Selektion (inkl. Lernende)
- Beratung von Kader und Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-relevanten Themen
- Personalentwicklung und Koordination von Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Dokumentation von Personalprozessen
- Unterstützung aller Aufgaben in der HR-Administration (exkl. Löhne)
- HR spezifische interne Unternehmenskommunikation
- Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Projekten im Personalwesen
Ihr Profil:
- Sie bringen eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen mit und haben schon einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
- Sie sind vielseitig, flexibel und bringen eine gesunde Portion Empathie mit
- Sie sind eine loyale und vertrauenswürdige Person mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
