Deine Aufgaben:
- Technische Kundenbetreuung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden
- Offerten- und Auftragsabwicklung im Ersatzteil- und Servicegeschäft
- Termin- und Kostenüberwachung von Service- und Reparaturaufträgen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Produktweiterentwicklung und Sortimentsplanung
Dein Profil:
- Eine technische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Elektronik von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch wünschenswert
- Motivierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
