Sachbearbeiter:in Technische Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR)
Deine Aufgaben
- Zeitgerechte Bereitstellung der vollständigen Auftragsdokumentation für die Produktion
- Validierung und Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen
- Analyse und Entscheidung zu Make or Buy
- Stammdaten-Management im ERP-System (SAP R/3)
- Bereitstellen von Einkaufs- und Fertigungsdaten zum operativen Einsatz sowie die dazugehörige Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
- Erstellung von Kalkulationen für Offerten und technische Abklärungen im Rahmen von Angebotsanfragen
- Mitarbeit in Projekten zu Prozessoptimierung und Systemunterstützung
- Abrechnung von Zusatzarbeiten bei Projekten
- Abschluss von Aufträgen und Reporting an den Auftraggeber
- Sicherstellen einer vollständigen Archivierung gemäss den gültigen Vorschriften
Dein Profil:
- Technische Grundausbildung (EFZ) in einem metallverarbeitenden Berufsfeld
- Weiterbildung zum/zur Prozessfachmann/frau oder (Prozess)Techniker:in TS/HF mit Kenntnissen in Betriebswirtschaft
- Vertiefte Erfahrung in industrieller Produktion, Bahnproduktion, Fahrzeugbau, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Interpretation von Werkstattzeichnungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch & Französisch von Vorteil
