Customer Operations Manager:in mit Leitung Verkaufsinnendienst
Deine Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung sowie Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Sicherstellung einer transparenten Pipeline-, Auftrags- und Kapazitätsplanung inkl. operativer Mitarbeit
- Verantwortung für die Einführung einer strukturierten Jahres- und Saisonplanung im Kommunalgeschäft
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, AVOR, Einkauf und Produktion zur Verbesserung der Lieferfähigkeit
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Organisationsprojekten inkl. Einführung und Nutzung moderner CRM- und Vertriebssteuerungsinstrumente
- Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
- Aktiver Ausbau und nachhaltige Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst (inkl. Tendermanagement)
- Verantwortung für Reporting und Controlling (Leads, Auftragseingang, Projektvorschau)
- Übernahme der Leitung des Verkaufsinnendienstes inkl. Führung des VKI-Teams mit zwei Mitarbeitenden
Dein Profil:
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) mit Affinität zur Technik
- Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Verkauf (z. B. Verkaufsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. FA)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Auftragsabwicklung sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Veränderungsbereit, durchsetzungsstark sowie mit ausgeprägtem Prozess- und Organisationsverständnis und hoher Affinität zur Digitalisierung (ERP & CRM)
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, Französisch von Vorteil
