Schweisser:in Stahl/ALU/Inox
Deine Aufgaben:
- Fachgerechte Durchführung von Schweissarbeiten in den Prozessen WIG, MAG/MIG nach Zeichnung bzw. nach Vorgabe
- Herstellen von Stumpf- und Kehlnähten im Rohr- und Blechbereich unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Werkstoffe wie unlegierte und nichtrostende Stähle sowie Aluminium
- Beherrschung der oben genannten Schweissprozesse auch in Zwangslagen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Werkstoffkunde und den damit verbundenen schweisstechnischen Gesichtspunkten
- Selbstkontrolle der eigenen Schweissarbeiten sowie Unterstützer im 4-Augen Prinzip bei Kollegen
- Gegebenenfalls Vorrichten der zu schweissenden Konstruktionen und Anlagenteile
- Gute Kenntnisse beim Lesen und Deuten von technischen Zeichnungen und Isometrien
- Sicherer und fachgerechter Umgang mit Betriebs- und Hilfsmitteln wie z.B. Werkzeugen und Maschinen
- Konsequente Einhaltung der allgemeinen und betriebsspezifischen Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Unterstützung im weiteren Aufbau des abgesonderten ALU/INOX Bereiches
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung als Schweisser, Schweissfachmann
- Gewissenhafte und technisch einwandfreie Arbeitsweise
- Schweisserprüfung nach ISO 9606 – 1/-2von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
